QComicBook 0.8.1 bugfix release is available

A bugfix-only release 0.8.1 is now available for download. It fixes compilation errors that somehow didn't occur on my Debian box and were caused by conflict with one of the Poppler library files. Apologies for inconvenience. Apart from that, a small annoying bug with thin border around main window in full screen mode was removed.
